DISTINCTIVE CHINESE CUISINE

Welcome to Taiwan, a large island off the southeast shore of mainland China that has become well known, in the past three decades, as a center of Chinese philosophy, culture and culinary art.

During that period, many famous master chefs emigrated from all of the vast provinces of China to Taiwan, carrying with them their great knowledge of Chinese cooking. Over the years, they developed this art still further, adding a modern touch to it.

Today, in Taiwan, cuisine from all over China can be found. For example, Peking, Szechwan, Yanchow, Canton, Hunan, Shangtung and Manchuria, just to name a few.

We are proud to be the first restaurant in this country to serve Taiwan's version of China's epicurean delights, and are pleased to be able to to share them with you. Our menu also includes some of the native dishes of Taiwan, for those of you who feel adventurous. . .
